Rob McKenzie

Rob is a fifth-generation butcher and rancher with a partner who is a chef. As such he intimately understands field to fork and has an eye on quality from animal husbandry to humane harvest to whole animal butchery.

James Stoll

James is a first-generation rancher who came into farming from the world of finance. His hope is to create more local meat harvesting and processing opportunities to support a robust local foodshed.
