We offer USDA-inspected harvest of cattle, sheep, goats, and hogs. We have a robust humane handling plan in place and ensure that animals are treated with respect and honor. Animals are harvested humanely in a state of the trailer. Finished carcasses can be cut and wrapped by us or delivered to the cut and wrap of your choice for further processing.
We offer USDA-inspected cut and wrap services for full carcass breakdown into retail cuts or primals. The product is packaged in 3mil cryovac bags with your logo on the label and boxed to be delivered to your local cold storage. We offer a variety of value-added services such as sausages and patties or we can ship your product to another facility for smoking. Cut and wrap is available for cattle, sheep, goats, hogs, and chicken.
We offer delivery of carcasses to local USDA and State inspected shops or delivery of boxed retail cuts or primals to local cold storage facilities and anything else in between. Feel free to contact us about your options!
